Position Overview
The Superintendent - Data Centers will oversee the construction and operational functions of data center projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires extensive travel to various project sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data center construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices for construction and operational efficiency in data center facilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in data center or mission-critical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Meta, Switch, and Semi-Conductor technologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
