Mortenson is currently seeking a Laborer Apprentice

RESPONSIBILITIES 

A. Load and unload equipmentB. Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and stagingC. Level ground for scaffoldingD. Tend mortar and groutE. Lift, unload, move, set, shovel mortar and grout between wheel barrows and bucketsF. General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burningdebrisG. Place, push, pull and shovel concreteH. Vibrate concreteI. Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers and ApprenticeJ. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsK. All other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements 
• *Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.

The base pay range for this role is $21.25 per hour. 

*Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment.
