We are seeking an experienced Interior Finish Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage interior finish & commercial projects from start to completion. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in reading construction plans, coordinating trades, comfortable with client interaction, and ensuring high-quality results that meet schedule and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all phases of interior finish work for commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely project completion
• Monitor job site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes
• Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate progress with project management
• Resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience reading and interpreting construction plans
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in interior finish & commercial work
• Proven track record in managing commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Spanish/English Bilingual is a plus
